Ulu Soulfood Oasis is a concept born from the desire to reconnect with nature. When creating our cocktail menu, we drew inspiration from sun-soaked regions, bringing their flavours and colours into the glass. Alongside Mediterranean and Middle Eastern twists on the classics, you’ll find original cocktails and a carefully selected range of bottles - from Greek spirits to Italian aperitivo and Spanish sherry. Our oasis also serves Greek mezze, the perfect companion to evenings filled with conversation and cocktails built around simplicity, quality and respect for the ingredients.
