Bloop Bar is a cocktail island located in the heart of FoodHall Montownia, where signature drinks take guests on a journey into the depths of the seas and oceans. Each of our menus is inspired by maritime legends and mysteries, while almost every ingredient - from cordials, syrups and milk-washed preparations to distillates, infusions and bitters - is made from scratch, giving every cocktail its own distinctive character. Above the bar hangs the impressive “Bloop” installation by Marcin Zawicki, inspired by the mysterious sound recorded in the depths of the Pacific Ocean in 1997. It completes the experience and sparks the imagination of our guests. Bloop Bar is not only a place for original cocktails, but also offers a wide selection of spirits from around the world and from local distilleries, creating a space for anyone who appreciates quality drinks and memorable experiences.
