ARCO by Paco Pérez and Treinta y Tres are two distinctive concepts located under one roof – on the 33rd floor of Olivia Star, the tallest building in the Tricity area. As the only restaurant in northern Poland to hold a Michelin star, ARCO invites guests into the world of fine dining, while Treinta y Tres draws inspiration from the Spanish culture of tapas, shared moments and celebration. The bar programme across both restaurants is built around an impressive collection of spirits, exceptional on a European scale. It is complemented by a carefully curated wine collection featuring nearly 400 labels, as well as signature distillates, ferments and ingredients prepared in-house. The current cocktail menu is inspired by 20th-century contemporary art. Each cocktail offers an interpretation of a selected artwork, movement or artistic idea, combining classic bartending craftsmanship with experimentation and techniques drawn from modern gastronomy. This is a space where gastronomy of the highest standard meets the art of mixology, with the spectacular panorama of Gdańsk providing the backdrop for an exceptional tasting experience.
