Eight participants, two sessions, and a conversation about the issues shaping the hospitality industry today. Everyone on the panel is connected to hospitality, but they represent very different roles, professional backgrounds, and perspectives. This gives us a chance to look at the same topics from multiple angles — from working behind the bar and managing teams to brands, education, consulting, and developing independent projects. The format is built around open discussion and questions — no long presentations, with a focus on real opinions, practical experience, and different perspectives from across the industry.

SPIRIT’ON Quiz An educational session in the form of a quiz on spirits, under the patronage of Barschool.pl × WSET. The session will include a short lecture/presentation followed by an interactive Kahoot quiz. Participants will be able to test their knowledge of spirits and learn more about WSET Spirits qualifications. The three participants with the best results will receive prizes — discount vouchers for WSET courses.

Passionate advocate for Polish flavors in cocktails and promoter of the motto, “Best Polish pairing: vodka with herring.” Competed in many bartending competitions, including the global METAXA Twelve 2023 competition, which he won while representing Poland. In 2026, won World Class Poland Bartender of the Year.

Along the way, guest shifts took him everywhere from New Zealand to Canada, and he shares his knowledge as a regular speaker at the world's biggest bar shows.
